For over 25 years, NVIDIA has pioneered visual and accelerated computing. Today, we're defining the future of AI, equipping millions with groundbreaking tools and essential training to lead a new era of innovation. We empower developers to excel in their life’s work. We’re seeking a visionary Senior Manager, Technical Program Management to shape and propel the operational heartbeat of our organization. In this role, you will orchestrate the delivery of flagship generative AI applications, foundational data platforms, and fast-growing developer ecosystems. You will partner closely with senior engineering leaders, product managers, and business team members to turn strategic ambition into predictable, high-quality execution.

You will serve as one of the primary integrators for complex, cross-functional work - connecting technical decisions to business outcomes and ensuring that engineering, content, and regional teams move in sync. You excel at bringing structure to dynamic challenges, aligning diverse contributors, and guiding critical programs to success. If so, let’s talk!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Drive end-to-end execution for high-stakes AI and platform initiatives by coordinating cross-functional teams, surfacing system-level risks, and managing sequencing and dependencies across engineering, data, and product.

  • Elevate delivery rigor by fostering clarity, accountability, and technical depth - translating complex system behaviors into plans that anticipate privacy, security, and infrastructure constraints.

  • Create and refine operational frameworks for planning, intake, prioritization, and executive program reviews to ensure transparency, alignment, and repeatable execution across the portfolio.

  • Work closely with program and project managers and engineering leads to translate long-term strategy into concrete, measurable programs with well-defined technical paths.

  • Use data intelligently, analyzing program performance, risks, and throughput metrics to provide leadership with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

What we need to see:

  • 10+ overall years of progressive TPM or technical experience, including 4+ years managing TPMs or technical leads.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience.

  • Breadth across infrastructure and software with enough programming context to evaluate technical direction, identify system risks, and guide teams through modernization and scaling challenges.

  • Executive-grade operational rigor with a track record in crisis resolution, regulatory compliance, and cost optimization across complex engineering environments.

  • Exceptional ability to bridge technical and business teams, articulating constraints and tradeoffs clearly to Legal, Finance, and executive partners.

  • Experience operating at global scale, coordinating engineering and compliance efforts across distributed teams.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • End-to-end leadership of high-scale, public-facing generative AI products or agentic/LLM-based systems.

  • Direct experience with advanced information retrieval systems, including hybrid or vector search, or agentic orchestration frameworks.

  • Experience using AI to automate program management workflows (status generation, risk analysis, roadmap predictions, etc.).

  • Deep familiarity with startup and developer ecosystems, including technical partnership or developer programs.

  • Demonstrated success in a Chief of Staff–style role supporting a senior engineering or product leader.
