As a Senior Market and Product Expansion Associate in Embedded Finance & Solutions (EF&S) you contribute significantly to the team’s successful commercialization of our products by supporting go-to-market execution, market readiness, and commercialization governance. You work across the organization, build critical relationships, and prepare solutions to go to market.

 

 

EF&S drives simple, safe and intelligent embedded payment experiences for clients and their counterparties. EF&S serves as a platform orchestration layer across Payments- and firm-wide capabilities, driving growth through how those capabilities are orchestrated, packaged and delivered. EF&S manages a portfolio of products at all stages of the growth lifecycle, serving as a center of excellence for fraud prevention and helping grow cross-payments solutions for various industries. Like leading fintechs, EF&S focuses on orchestration, modularity and embedded integration, but operating inside a regulated global bank, EF&S leverages the firm’s fortress balance sheet, trust and risk capabilities, and unique data assets to make controls and compliance explicit and configurable for our clients. We help our clients grow their businesses by better serving their customers, powering new businesses and revenue streams while making operations more efficient

 

Job responsibilities 

  • Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for Fraud products, packaged solutions, and new launches. 
  • Develop positioning, value propositions, and messaging that clearly articulate client benefits and competitive differentiation across a portfolio of fraud solutions. 
  • Create and maintain sales enablement materials, client-facing collateral, training content, and commercialization toolkits. 
  • Analyze market trends, competitive activity, client feedback, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities and inform commercialization strategies. 
  • Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams to support commercialization initiatives and new launches. 
  • Gather and synthesize voice-of-customer insights to help refine client segmentation, buyer personas, and sales strategies. 
  • Support pricing, performance, and adoption analyses to help evaluate business results and commercialization effectiveness, including multi-product packaging. 
  • Coordinate launch readiness activities, including stakeholder communications, training, sales activation, and ongoing enablement efforts. 
  • Ensure sales and marketing materials comply with applicable regulatory, risk, and control requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve commercialization processes, content management, governance, and operational efficiency.

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

 

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, commercialization, marketing, strategy, project management, consulting, or a related field. 
  • Strong ability to translate complex products, features, and technical concepts into clear, client-centric messaging and sales enablement materials. 
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to tailor materials for diverse audiences. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and insights to inform recommendations and decisions. 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Demonstrated success building collaborative relationships and influencing stakeholders across cross-functional teams. 
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and execution excellence. 
  • Self-starter with a willingness to take ownership, navigate ambiguity, and drive initiatives from concept through execution. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related discipline. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills 


  • Experience in payments, treasury services, fraud prevention, fintech, banking, or B2B financial services. 
  • Experience supporting product launches, go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, or commercialization activities. 
  • Familiarity with regulatory, risk, or compliance considerations in financial services.
