Job Description:

We’re actively seeking a talented Senior Market Research/Customer Insights Analyst to join our team in Newport Beach, CA or Omaha, NE. This role follows a hybrid schedule of four days in the office (on-site).

As a Senior Market Research/Customer Insights Analyst you’ll move Pacific Life forward by providing support for the life product intelligence function through comprehensive research and analysis of company's markets, customers, competition and/or product mix You will fill an existing role that sits on a team of 5 people in the Consumer Markets division.

How you'll help move us forward:

  • Execute research and analysis within defined projects

  • Support product marketing through market and competitive research

  • Provide insights for tactical decisions

  • Work independently but within structured assignments

  • Support producers and wholesalers by maintaining working knowledge of Pacific Life's and competitors' products

The experience you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5+ years of professional experience

What makes you stand out:

  • Familiarity with Pacific Life's illustration software

  • Prior work experience with a life insurance carrier

  • Experience preparing and delivering presentations, especially in PowerPoint

  • Can present complex detail in an easily understandable format

  • Data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, QlikView)

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

  • Self-starter with a growth mind-set focused on continual improvement

  • Thrives as a member of a highly collaborative and cohesive team

Base Pay Range:

The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.

$103,140.00 - $126,060.00
