Our HR platform is intuitive, data-driven, and built for the way people work today: globally, remotely, and collaboratively. Fast-growing companies across the globe rely upon Bob to help them create the best work experiences for their people.
Come and be you with us
Being a Bobber is all about being you. We want you to bring all parts of yourself to work, giving you the freedom and confidence to be the best you and do your best work. If that's bubbly, shy, precise, funny, bold, kind, honest, brilliant, or anything in between, we're waiting with open arms. Come join us.
About you
We are looking for a result-driven and experienced Senior Marketing Campaign Manager Benelux/Nordics (8 months FTC). You will be the market expert and consider yourself a T-shaped marketer who understands the full funnel of a SaaS buyer's journey and can effortlessly straddle between business strategy and day-to-day execution. You're confident and comfortable helping a growing market take the next step - driving strong ARR and pipeline numbers - and you love presenting ideas, plans, learnings, and success to the business.
Job Requirements
  • Professional proficiency in English is required. Native-level fluency in Dutch and/or Swedish is essential. Additional language skills are considered a strong asset, particularly Danish or Spanish.
  • B2B SaaS marketing experience running integrated campaigns and content for Benelux/Nordics audiences, ideally in an up-market environment.
  • Experience with ABM strategies (personalised marketing campaigns and targeted account engagement).
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making, reporting, and optimisation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Comfortable presenting to senior audiences.
  • Able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ideally based in the Amsterdam region with a hybrid setup (2 days per week at the Amsterdam office), though a fully remote arrangement is also possible. Ability to travel within the Benelux/Nordics region.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the Benelux/Nordics campaign and content plan aligned to brand and pipeline objectives, including ABM motions in partnership with BDR and Sales.
  • Localise global thematic campaigns for local market needs and create regionally relevant campaigns and content that resonate with local audiences.
  • Own end-to-end campaign execution - briefs, timelines, assets, stakeholder alignment, and on-time delivery - across digital, events, partner, and content channels.
  • Partner with Business Development and Sales leadership to design and run campaign follow-up plans, monitor conversion and optimise activities through the funnel.
  • Create and localise content (short-form and long-form) across the buyer journey, collaborating with the global Product Marketing and content team and ensuring brand consistency.
  • Identify and develop customer case studies and advocacy opportunities, support expansion and retention campaigns with Customer Marketing and Account Management.
  • Measure, quantify and report on performance using leading and lagging indicators. Share insights and implement improvements to maximise ROI and pipeline impact.
  • Provide Benelux/Nordics market intelligence and feedback into global campaign and content teams. Build relationships with local partners and industry influencers.
