Work Set Up: Remote (100% remote)

Our client in the global professional services industry is looking for a Senior Marketing & Communications Manager to lead the Reinvention Services ecosystem programs activation team and own the end-to-end operating model across governance, ways of working, standardization, demand and capacity management, quality, financials, delivery excellence, and measurable value delivery. The role will guide teams, drive leading practices, oversee scalable program playbooks, lead key ecosystem programs, and manage partner marketing, communications, talent, and change initiatives across a global portfolio.

What you will do:

  • Lead the Reinvention Services ecosystem programs activation team and own the end-to-end operating model, including governance, ways of working, standardization, demand and capacity management, quality, financials, delivery excellence, and measurable value delivery.
  • Guide teams by sharing leading practices and driving delivery excellence.
  • Develop and oversee program playbooks to ensure reusability and scalability.
  • Own and deliver select key signature ecosystem programs.
  • Drive cross-pollination and alignment across the ecosystem portfolio while steering through the complexities of partner competition.
  • Oversee joint message and content development.
  • Lead the ecosystem awards and ranking engine.
  • Ensure quality and compliance across brand standards, policies, and related requirements.
  • Lead value tracking and champion change management across ecosystem programs.
  • Lead and manage talent through agility, development, succession planning, 9-box processes, and performance management.
  • Manage difficult stakeholders and build strong relationships across global teams and partner organizations.
  • Lead a global team of approximately five people with agility and executive influence.
  • Apply advanced AI capabilities and technology marketing expertise to ecosystem marketing programs and communications.
  • Develop and deliver executive communications, presentations, storytelling, and marketing content aligned with audience and business needs.

Qualifications

  • Bring 12–20+ years of experience in event marketing, partner marketing, and/or marketing program management.
  • Bring 12–20+ years of leadership experience managing teams, programs, and budgets.
  • Demonstrate experience leading teams and budgets with agility, executive influence, and strong change management capabilities.
  • Demonstrate advanced AI proficiency and the ability to apply AI capabilities within marketing programs and workflows.
  • Demonstrate strong people leadership, talent management, stakeholder management, executive presence, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Demonstrate expertise in executive communications writing, presentation delivery, audience segmentation, customer experience design, and customer journey mapping and management.
  • Demonstrate experience in event experience design, management, and planning.
  • Demonstrate strong storytelling, idea development, content curation, planning, distribution strategy, and content creation capabilities.
  • Demonstrate effective written communication and B2B marketing communications expertise.
  • Demonstrate experience with marketing creative development, brand alignment, program strategies, agile marketing, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Demonstrate partner marketing, joint message development, and joint activation planning experience.
  • Demonstrate experience managing global teams and navigating complex stakeholder and partner environments.
  • Demonstrate understanding of technology marketing.
  • Bring prior experience with Accenture.
  • Demonstrate the ability to influence executives, manage difficult stakeholders, and drive alignment across competing partner priorities.
