Requirements

Position Summary

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Coordinator as we build our marketing team. You’ll work directly with marketing, sales, partner, product and operations teams to deliver high-quality assets, drive projects to completion and ensure that marketing initiatives move forward while maintaining clarity and quality.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You’ll coordinate sales enablement materials, maintain marketing assets, improve internal processes, and manage cross-functional projects across campaigns and events. You’ll operate in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift quickly, and your ability to stay organized, proactive, and detail-oriented will directly impact team performance.

This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years of experience who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to grow into greater autonomy and leadership over time.

Responsibilities

Sales Enablement

  • Coordinate creation and updates of sales materials (presentations, one-pagers, FAQs, playbooks).
  • Ensure messaging consistency across internal and partner-facing assets.
  • Maintain organized asset repositories and documentation.
  • Gather and synthesize feedback from Sales and Partners to improve materials.

Content Coordination and Refinement

  • Coordinate approvals for content releases, managing cross-functional inputs (content, design, product, sales).
  • Edit, rewrite, and test marketing content for clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency
  • Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Build and manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment for marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure assets are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Events 

  • Support planning and execution of webinars, conferences, partner events, and internal marketing events.
  • Coordinate logistics, materials, vendors, and timelines.
  • Assist with budget tracking and documentation.
  • Support post-event analysis and reporting.

Marketing Operations & Process

  • Maintain structured workflows and documentation standards.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure proactive communication across teams.
  • Support scalable marketing processes as the team grows.

Key Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, sales enablement, or a marketing generalist role.
  • Experience supporting B2B or enterprise sales teams (technology preferred)
  • Strong writing, editing, and quality assurance skills.
  • Using AI tools to support your day-to-day work. 
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting to shifting priorities.
  • High ownership mindset and proactive communication style.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in SaaS, technology, or AI-driven companies.
  • Exposure to CRM, marketing automation, or content management systems.
  • Experience supporting partner/channel enablement.
  • Experience coordinating events or campaign operations.
  • Process improvement or workflow optimization experience.
