We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Designer to create strong, clear, and effective visual work across brand, digital, campaign, and offline channels. You’ll own marketing design outcomes end to end, set a high creative standard, and be the person the team trusts to turn ideas into polished work.

The role includes a strong focus on B2B marketing: turning complex ideas, products, and messages into visuals that are easy to understand, credible, and engaging.

 
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop creative concepts and visual assets for campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives

  • Design across digital channels, including web, landing pages, social media, paid media, and presentations

  • Create, maintain, and evolve brand guidelines and visual systems

  • Translate complex product and business concepts into clear, compelling visual communication

  • Adapt creative work across channels while maintaining brand consistency

  • Support offline initiatives, including events, merchandise, print, outdoor advertising, and other physical formats

  • Prepare production-ready assets for digital, print, and external partners

Required Qualifications
  • Strong experience in marketing, brand, campaign, or B2B design

  • A portfolio demonstrating high-quality brand and digital work

  • Excellent understanding of layout, typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy

  • Experience designing for web, social media, paid media, presentations, and offline formats

  • Experience creating or evolving brand systems and design guidelines

  • Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, structured, and engaging visual communication

  • Ability to independently manage projects from concept to final delivery

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using AI tools in the creative workflow

  • Motion, illustration, 3D, or basic video skills
