Azul is looking for a high-performing, energetic and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager, Webinars and AI Platforms (Drift, 6Sense, and Saleswhale) and Go-To-Market (GTM) Project Manager who will be driving end-to-end execution of Azul’s webinar program while also owning the use of our AI-driven platforms. The candidate will be part of Azul’s digital marketing team and will be a key player in scaling the growth of Azul’s marketing efforts. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, organized with exceptional project management skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
This is a three to five month contract role.
Responsibilities
- Webinar Program Management
- Plan, manage, and execute high impact webinars, hosted by Azul. Manage all communications and promotions including demand generation email invitations, social promotions, follow-up emails as well as internal collaboration and communications of the webinars to sales and marketing teams.
- Work with our Director of Campaigns, team of developer advocates, product marketers, partner marketing, and customer success to brainstorm, coordinate, plan and execute webinars on a variety of topics.
- Manage logistics including registration setup, promotion, technology setup (e.g. Zoom) and post-event analytics.
- Track performance, attendance, engagement, and attribution; continuously optimizing webinars.
- Work closely with the SDRs to follow up on attendees and ensure MQLs are properly followed-up with.
- AI Platform Ownership
- Serve as platform owner for Drift (conversational email), 6Sense (predictive intelligence), and Saleswhale (AI Sales Assistant).
- Develop and optimize playbooks, audience segments, and campaign triggers based on AI intent signals and engagement data.
- Partner with Campaigns, SDR, Marketing Operations to turn AI insights into actional programs and campaigns.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics and platform ROI.
- Go-To-Market (GTM) Project Manager
- Support upcoming product launches, business development initiatives, and marketing campaigns.
- Oversee the planning and execution of GTM initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams and timely delivery of key milestones.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the central point of contact between Marketing, Product Marketing, and cross-functional teams, facilitating clear communication and collaboration.
- Deliverable Tracking: Manage timelines, dependencies, and deadlines leading up to each launch, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve workflows, documentation, and execution strategies for seamless GTM launches.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of direct marketing experience with proven success managing webinar programs and/or marketing technologies.
- Experience working with major platforms (Drift, 6Sense, Saleswhale, Salesforce, or similar AI/ABM platforms)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with webinar hosting platforms like Zoom Webinars, GoToWebinar, LinkedIn Live, or other webinar tools.
- A passion for numbers. Knows that great marketing and true growth hacking requires good data to interpret at what’s working and what’s not.
- A resourceful nature. When something needs to get done, you always find a way to make it happen.
- In-depth knowledge of webinar best practices to continue to optimize webinars.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to plan and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with marketing and campaign launch processes is required.
- Experience working in B2B enterprise software.
- B.S./B.A. Degree in Marketing or related field, relevant work experience.
