Role OverviewWe’re hiring a versatile Senior Marketing Manager to drive growth and advocacy across customer marketing, partner marketing, community, and content. You’ll join as a generalist with room to specialize deeply over time—in partner marketing, technical storytelling, community activations, product launches, or another spike you bring.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving environment. There’s no inherited playbook—you’ll help write it. If that excites you, you’ll thrive here. You’ll collaborate closely with founders and senior leaders, shaping the narrative for a breakout product changing how engineers work.
What You’ll DoThis will change over time as our business evolves. You’re not joining a marching band, this is jazz - expect improvisation. As a generalist with a spike, a typical week might include:
- Orchestrating cross-functional launches that keep product, sales, and comms in sync
- Spinning up and optimizing creator collaborations and performance experiments
- Planning and running a meetup/demo series across the US
- Partnering with eng and research to get deeply technical content published and distributed
- 5+ years in B2B marketing (AI/DevTools ideal), with 2+ years in any mix of customer marketing, partner marketing, or community
- Strong technical curiosity and ability to connect with senior engineering and product audiences
- Experience leading partner programs or developer-facing integrations is a plus
- Entrepreneurial, excellent communicator, comfortable with ambiguity, bias toward action
- Extreme agency, low ego: you want to build and own programs, you like collaborating with others
