Location: Remote, US (Denver, CO preferred)
About Accuris:Accuris is the global leader in engineering intelligence, trusted by the world's most innovative companies to accelerate design, reduce risk, and ensure supply chain resilience. Formed in 2023 through the combination of S&P Engineering Solutions (formerly part of IHS Markit) and Techstreet, Accuris brings together six decades of authority in engineering standards, technical content, and workflow technology.
Role Overview:As the Senior Marketing Operations Manager, you'll be the strategic and operational backbone of Accuris' go-to-market engine - ensuring every marketing dollar drives measurable growth. You'll own the systems, data, and insights that connect marketing performance directly to pipeline and revenue, turning data into direction and strategy into execution.
This role is equal parts architect and operator: you'll design the infrastructure that powers our customer expansion strategy, while maintaining the precision and discipline that define world-class marketing operations. You'll partner cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Finance to align measurement, forecasting, and execution - ensuring Accuris is focused, efficient, and accountable to outcomes.
What You'll Do:
  • Be the Marketing Data Authority: Manage marketing data governance and integrity across all platforms-ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accessibility. Serve as the central authority on marketing data, connecting insights across platforms, the website, campaigns, and systems to create a unified, actionable view of performance.
  • Drive Marketing Insights and Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards and analytics that illuminate the full customer journey from campaign and channel performance to ABM and program ROI. Deliver actionable insights that help Marketing, RevOps, and Finance make smarter, faster, and more confident decisions.
  • Forecast, Model, and Optimize: Develop predictive pipeline and revenue models that forecast performance by region, segment, and motion (ABM, renewal, expansion). Identify gaps early and recommend data-driven reallocations of spend or campaign strategy to stay on target. Partner with RevOps and Finance to translate marketing performance into revenue forecasts and board-level reporting.
  • Own the Marketing Automation Platform: Lead the end-to-end management and optimization of HubSpot, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce and other systems. Oversee workflows, data sync, database hygiene, lead scoring, segmentation, and campaign automation that fuel demand generation and ABM programs.
  • Lead Multi-Touch Attribution Strategy: Optimize the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of our multi-touch attribution model within RevSure. Ensure data accuracy, methodology consistency, and actionable reporting on pipeline impact and ROI across all channels.
  • Support Demand Generation and ABM: Partner closely with Demand Gen and ABM teams to provide analytics, forecasting, and insights that guide strategy and optimize campaign performance. Translate data into clear recommendations that improve conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and marketing efficiency.
  • Own and Optimize the MarTech Stack: Oversee and continuously improve the marketing technology ecosystem including HubSpot, Salesforce, RevSure, 6sense, ZoomInfo, and related tools. Ensure integrations work flawlessly and deliver a connected, scalable experience across all systems.
  • Deliver Executive-Level Visibility: Develop high-impact reporting using data from HubSpot, Salesforce, RevSure, Power BI, and GA4, ensuring both executive dashboards and operational insights are accurate, timely, and actionable.
  • Champion Data-Driven Decision-Making: Act as the internal advocate for marketing analytics driving a culture of measurement, testing, and accountability across the GTM organization.
  • Support Email Campaign Execution: Ensure flawless campaign setup, segmentation, and reporting for marketing emails, partnering with stakeholders to optimize performance and continuously improve engagement.

What You Bring:
  • 7+ years of experience in Marketing Operations within a B2B SaaS environment, with proven success driving data strategy, reporting, and process excellence.
  • Deep expertise in marketing automation (HubSpot), CRM (Salesforce), and analytics tools (Power BI, GA4, RevSure).
  • Advanced understanding of marketing data governance, attribution modeling, and the mechanics of pipeline visibility and ROI measurement.
  • Strong analytical mindset comfortable translating complex data into clear insights that inform strategy and action.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with RevOps, Finance, and GTM leaders to align on definitions, reporting, and business impact.
  • Hands-on technical proficiency with key MarTech tools: HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, ZoomInfo, Google Tag Manager, and related integrations.
  • Collaborative and proactive communicator who builds trust across teams and drives clarity through data.
  • High ownership mentality - resourceful, detail-oriented, and driven by impact.
