We are seeking a Senior Marketing Project Manager with digital program expertise to lead integrated marketing and digital initiatives. This role combines project management and digital strategy to optimize campaign execution, enhance user experience, and drive innovation across regional programs.

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Manage marketing projects and digital programs from planning through execution. 
  • Execute and optimize campaigns across major paid media platforms (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite) and explore emerging channels for growth opportunities.
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Possess expertise in lead nurtures, guiding prospects through tailored customer journeys and targeted marketing content to maximize engagement and conversion.
  • Lead A/B testing and optimization initiatives for paid media campaigns, including audience segmentation, creative variations, and landing page performance.  Select and deploy optimal content for each channel; manage regional digital assets including websites.
  • Provide recommendations on budget allocation across paid media channels to maximize ROI, while tracking spend and performance. 
  • Localize content in partnership with global and regional teams, ensuring alignment with guidelines.  Creatively market content across paid channels, ensuring messaging resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.
  • Consolidate best practices and facilitate cross-regional adoption of technology and channels.
  • Track campaign execution, manage budgets, and report ROI.  Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for paid media campaigns, including CTR, CPL, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
Preferred Experience & Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or digital programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Degree in Business, Marketing, Technical field, or Life Sciences is a plus.
  • Proven track record in project management and digital program execution.
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and MarTech systems.
  • Seeking a self-starter with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work cross-functionally.
  • High emotional intelligence and adaptability in dynamic environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Hive9, WorkFront and Salesforce.com experience a plus.
  • Must be local to San Diego or willing to relocate.

The estimated base salary range for the Senior Marketing Project Manager role based in the United States of America is: $90,000 - $135,000. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable base pay range may be updated accordingly. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, all employees are eligible for one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
