Job Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical design and product development. The role focuses on designing and validating complex mechanical systems using CATIA for 3D modeling and ANSYS (or equivalent FEA tools) for structural, thermal, and dynamic analysis.

This is a technical leadership role suited for engineers who excel at solving complex design challenges and mentoring others while delivering high-quality, production-ready solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

 The successful candidate will be responsible for driving designs from concept through production, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring performance, reliability, and manufacturability. A strong background in materials, GD&T, and design for manufacturability is required. Experience in automotive, aerospace, or high-precision industries is highly desirable.

Qualification:

  • 3D CAD design using CATIA (or equivalent)
  • FEA simulation and validation with ANSYS (structural, thermal, dynamic)
  • Mechanical system design and analysis
  • GD&T and tolerance stack-up analysis
  • Materials selection and application
  • Design for manufacturability (DFM) and cost optimization
  • Prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting
  • Cross-functional collaboration and technical leadership

Minimum Requirements:

  • M.S. degree with 3+ years or B.S.  degree with 5+ years of working experience in relevant industry.
  • Great team worker; excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
