Lead design and development of hardware systems in 3D printers. Architect, prototype, and validate critical subsystems while mentoring junior engineers and driving product certification.

At AON3D, we’re making additive manufacturing with high-performance plastics more accessible to engineers everywhere.
As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you’ll lead the design and development of the hardware systems in our next-generation 3D printers. You’ll architect, prototype, and validate critical subsystems (mechanical, thermal, kinematic, and electromechanical) that drive machine performance and reliability. This is a hands-on role with high impact: you’ll make key system decisions, mentor junior colleagues, and shape the future of industrial 3D printing.
