Are you passionate about turning data into insights that drive better business decisions? We’re looking for a Senior Metrics Analyst to join our Intelligence & Insights team and play a key role in analytics, reporting, and performance measurement across the organization.

What you’ll do

  • Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports that support data‑driven decision making.
  • Analyze, interpret, and present key performance metrics with high attention to detail.
  • Respond to ad‑hoc analytics requests, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
  • Support process improvement, data governance, and analytics adoption across teams.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (including IT) to improve data flows and automation.
  • Provide insights on historical performance to support leadership, projects, and bid requests.

Experience & Qualifications required

  • 4+ years of experience in analytics with Clinical Research, Pharma, CRO, or similar environment.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Power BI, Excel, Power Apps, SharePoint, and MS Office.
  • Solid analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear insights.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • SQL or basic programming skills are a plus (not required).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • Advanced English level
