- Supporting hybrid Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID environments aligned to Microsoft’s tiered security model
- Managing Intune and Windows Autopilot for Windows, macOS, and iOS across 700+ endpoints
- Implementing identity and access solutions, including Entra ID, Conditional Access, privileged access management, least privilege, MFA transitions, Smart Card, and FIDO authentication
- Securing remote PowerShell and Microsoft Graph administrative access while preserving required automation
- Configuring Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, and Purview, including Sentinel data-source health reporting and ingest-quality alerting
- Building Power BI dashboards for system health, compliance, spend forecasting, utilization, and Azure budget alerting
- Developing incident-response and disaster-response playbooks integrated with CBO IR and COOP documentation
- Supporting Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online
