Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience:
5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience
Strong experience designing mobile applications for iOS and Android
Proven experience collaborating with engineering teams in fast-paced environments
Experience using product analytics and user behavior data to drive UX improvements
Experience improving activation, onboarding, engagement, subscription conversion, or retention within mobile apps
Understanding of design constraints for complex workflows and applications requiring strict data security (e.g., HIPAA compliance)
Licenses: N/A
Technical Skills:
Figma (advanced): Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Prototyping, Design Systems
Mobile UX principles, interaction design, and usability best practices
Developer handoff workflows and design specifications
Nice-to-have: Familiarity with mobile development constraints, accessibility standards, and agile engineering environments
