Job Summary

As a React Native Developer, you will drive the expansion of our Android ecosystem by translating high-performance features from a mature iOS environment. Working alongside a collaborative mobile team, you will architect and refine core functionalities to ensure feature parity and a seamless user experience across platforms for a massive global audience.

Responsibilities
  • Translate and implement core platform features from a native iOS environment into a high-performance React Native codebase for Android.

  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy to analyze complex requirements, architect technical plans, and present strategic implementation options to leadership before execution.

  • Thrive and adapt within a fast-moving startup environment, maintaining high productivity while navigating evolving product goals and shifting priorities.

  • Collaborate directly with technical leadership to refine architecture, troubleshoot complex bottlenecks, and finalize robust implementation strategies.

  • Maintain end-to-end accountability for feature development, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable code that serves a global user base of millions.

Qualifications and Job Requirements
  • Demonstrate deep professional mastery of React Native, with a proven track record of shipping and maintaining complex mobile applications.

  • Possess extensive experience in Android development specifically within the React Native framework to ensure high-performance cross-platform functionality.

  • Thrive in high-growth startup environments, showing the ability to deliver high-quality results while navigating significant ambiguity and shifting priorities.

  • Exhibit exceptional self-management skills, with the ability to own end-to-end feature development and manage technical debt with limited supervision.
