Overview: 

We are seeking a Senior Motion Graphic Designer with world-class CGI capabilities and a refined, modern aesthetic. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, product visualization, and brand. You’ll create visually striking, high-concept motion work for a globally recognized, premium hardware brand.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the creation of high-end motion graphics and CGI-driven content across campaigns, digital, social, and brand experiences
  • Develop cinematic, design-forward visuals that elevate product storytelling
  • Translate brand identity into motion systems that feel cohesive and premium
  • Collaborate closely with creative directors, art directors, and 3D teams to push conceptual boundaries
  • Own projects from concept through execution — including storyboards, animatics, and final delivery
  • Contribute to the studio’s overall visual standard and aesthetic direction
  • Stay up-to-date on motion design trends, video storytelling techniques, and emerging technologies to continually elevate TP-Link creative output. 

Requirements

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 6+ years experience in motion design, with a strong CGI portfolio
  • Proven work across with luxury or other premium hardware brands
  • Advanced skills in tools like Cinema 4D, Houdini, Blender, or similar
  • Strong understanding of lighting, materials, simulation, and rendering
  • A sharp eye for design, composition, and pacing

Conceptual thinker — not just executional

  • Experience with pre-production & production skills are highly preferred 
  • Experience with 2D, 3D (Cinema4D & Blender or equivalent), premiere aftereffects

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with Redshift, Arnold, or Octane
  • Houdini or simulation work (fluid, particles, cloth)
  • Studio background
  • Experience working with global / Fortune 100 brands
  • Knowledge of emerging motion technologies, real-time rendering, or AI-assisted workflows

Benefits

Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000
