The Senior NetSuite Functional Consultant will lead ERP implementations, configure NetSuite modules, support data migration, train users, and foster client relationships.
One of Pine Services’ Operating Companies is seeking a Senior NetSuite Consultant to lead and support ERP implementations for manufacturing and product-based organizations. This role is ideal for a strong functional NetSuite professional who enjoys solving complex operational challenges, partnering directly with clients, and delivering high-quality implementation outcomes.
You will join a collaborative consulting team focused on customer success, continuous improvement, and long-term client partnerships.
The Senior NetSuite Consultant is responsible for leading functional workstreams across NetSuite implementations. This includes requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, data migration support, testing, training, and post-go-live optimization.
You will work closely with project managers, technical resources, and client stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business objectives and industry best practices.

- Successfully lead NetSuite functional implementations from discovery through go-live.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, optimized NetSuite configurations.
- Maintain strong client relationships and high customer satisfaction.
- Deliver projects aligned with scope, timeline, and quality standards.
- Support continued client system optimization after implementation.
Responsibilities
- Lead NetSuite ERP implementations and manage assigned functional workstreams.
- Conduct discovery sessions and translate business processes into system design.
- Configure and optimize NetSuite modules including Manufacturing, Inventory, Order Management, and Supply Chain.
- Support data migration, reporting configuration, and integrations (Celigo experience preferred).
- Utilize NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) where applicable.
- Facilitate user training sessions and develop supporting documentation.
- Provide post-go-live support and identify enhancement opportunities.
- Proactively communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of NetSuite implementation experience.
- Minimum 3 years supporting manufacturing-focused NetSuite implementations.
- Strong functional expertise across core NetSuite modules.
- Experience leading client-facing discovery and design sessions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Experience
- NetSuite Consultant Certification.
- ARM Certification or Advanced Revenue Management experience.
- Experience with Celigo integrations.
- Experience in consulting or client-facing ERP environments.
