Responsibilities
Partner with business units to understand organization’s needs; design, plan, implement & support global data centers and enterprise campus networks.
Handle multiple high-impact projects concurrently.
Undertake large scale network transformation initiatives working in a cross-functional team.
Analyze and resolve complex network issues, often serving as a high-level escalation point for the support teams.
Design, configure, implement, and support edge network, WAN/MPLS and cloud connectivity.
Improve operational efficiency – Enhance Network Automation, Empower NOC team to through knowledge base, runbooks, review & reduce tickets strategically.
Identify gaps, risks, potential issues and resolve them proactively.
Audit and develop standards and procedures for network technologies.
Qualifications
12+ years in planning, designing, implementing & supporting customer-facing production data center and Enterprise Campus Networks.
Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, etc.), network devices (routers, switches, firewalls), and network security principles (NAC).
Experience in setting up network connectivity with AWS, Azure or other cloud platforms.
Expertise in Remote Access & Site-to-Site VPN encryption, modern switching platforms, and firewalls.
Experience in multi-vendor technologies - Cisco, HP, Aruba, Arista, F5.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex network issues.
Experience in security policy implementation and enhancing network monitoring.
Proven ability to manage mission-critical infrastructure projects.
Minimum Requirements
Degree in Computer Science.
Expertise in atleast two functions: Cisco Remote Access & Site-to-site VPN, Aruba ClearPass NAC, Cloud Networking and F5 Load-balancer is a must.
CCNP/CCIE or equivalent expert level certifications required.
Network Automation skill is required (python, Ansible, Terraform etc).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
