What You'll Be Doing:

  • Work with Test Development Engineer to drive the builds and shipments for testers

  • Lead new tester product build readiness and cross-functional alignment

  • Ensure continuous process improvement by tracking and publishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and helping to implement process improvements when critical metric results are below target

  • Run a checklist of cross-functional results for your programs and ensure that team members are completing assignments on time

  • Lead and attend cross-functional NPI meetings related to your products and highlight key Operations issues, handle them to closure to ensure the product is ready for production

  • Suggest process improvements, work to get cross-functional alignment for your suggestions and detail the revised processes to help the entire team become more efficient

What We Need to See:

  • Minimum of 8+ years Program Management experience in a similar role

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills

  • Strong work ethic, an ability to work independently and navigate ambiguous situations

  • Previous experience leading Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) and system builds

Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:

  • NPI Programs experience

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 168,000 USD - 258,750 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
