Job DescriptionAllegheny-Greenbrier's client, a global professional services firm, is actively recruiting a forward-thinking and technology-focused organizational design and workforce planning professional with prior Orgvue platform for a 12-month contract engagement. This is a fully remote role.
Responsibilities
- Support data analysis, management, and visualization components for business transformation initiatives by working with Global’s Organizational Design & Transformation team and Reporting and Analytics Team
- Develop effective relationships and collaborate across our business clients, People Centers of Excellence, and HR Advisory team
- Work with external organizational design vendors, like OrgVue, to submit data and conduct data analysis to help achieve business objectives
- Help support project plans, track and follow up on risks, and accurately report progress against milestones to keep projects/initiatives on schedule
- Deliver excellent service, in line with process requirements, ensuring a high level of accuracy, quality, and turnaround of work within agreed timelines.
- Run reports and data analysis for the Global Talent Team and our clients as required
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Information Sciences, Human Resources, or the equivalent
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Organizational Design or Workforce Transformation project experience
- Experience working with technical data and systems functions
- Strong demonstration of data analytical skills and ability to prepare executive-ready materials, including mastery of PowerPoint and Excel
- Proactive, self-motivated, and demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work successfully in a team setting
- Comfortable communicating to audiences at various levels (e.g., staff through leadership)
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, and address challenges effectively
- Ability to navigate a global, matrixed, and mostly virtual environment for effective outcomes
- Proven ability to execute multiple deliverables concurrently
- Effective project management skills

- Experience working with SAP and other people systems * Experience with organizational design and planning platforms like SaaS products including OrgVue * Prior experience with analytics tools such as Tableau
