Keepsafe is looking for a hands-on paid growth leader to own and scale our performance marketing engine across mobile acquisition channels. This person will lead paid strategy across Apple Search Ads, Google Search, Display, DSPs, Meta, and adjacent high-scale networks.

This is a critical growth role. Keepsafe has a strong monetization foundation, but our paid channel mix is still too narrow. We need someone who can break into new networks, build repeatable channel playbooks, improve creative performance, and create the reporting infrastructure needed to confidently scale spend.

The right person has deep mobile experience, has managed millions of dollars in paid media spend, understands revenue and LTV reporting, and is comfortable moving between strategy and execution.

We want someone who is actively exploring how AI changes the way paid growth work gets done. They use AI tools, agents, and automated workflows to move faster across reporting, research, creative development, testing, and optimization. They are curious, hands-on, and excited to keep adapting as these tools become a bigger part of modern performance marketing.

Requirements

What You’ll Own

  • Own paid growth strategy and execution across Social (Meta, TikTok, Snap, etc), ASA, Google Search, Display, DSPs, and other scalable acquisition channels.
  • Build, test, optimize, and scale paid campaigns with clear CAC, ROAS, LTV, payback, and retention targets.
  • Establish revenue reporting and measurement systems that connect spend to subscription revenue, cohort performance, LTV, and incrementality.
  • Develop repeatable testing frameworks for audiences, bids, budgets, landing/store experiences, creative concepts, and channel expansion.
  • Lead performance creative strategy across paid channels, including concept development, sourcing, briefing, testing, iteration, and optimization.
  • Use AI tools and agents to increase testing velocity, reporting quality, and operational leverage.
  • Identify adjacent growth opportunities across ASO, geo expansion, lifecycle, landing pages, and funnel optimization when they support paid growth.
  • Build a clear operating rhythm for paid growth: weekly performance reviews, experiment roadmaps, creative learnings, budget pacing, and channel forecasts.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience in consumer mobile apps with subscriptions
  • Proven success managing multi-million-dollar paid media budgets across Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads, DSPs, and/or other mobile acquisition networks.
  • Strong understanding of mobile attribution, SKAN, MMPs, event tracking, cohort reporting, subscription revenue, LTV modeling, ROAS, payback, and incrementality.
  • Deep knowledge of campaign setup, budget allocation, bid strategy, audience testing, creative testing, and channel optimization.
  • Strong creative instincts and experience producing, acquiring, briefing, testing, and iterating paid creative across static, video, UGC, and app-store-oriented assets.
  • Highly analytical and comfortable building or shaping dashboards, reporting workflows, and decision systems.
  • Fluent with AI tools and automation, with examples of using them to improve marketing execution, reporting, creative development, or workflow speed.
  • Startup operating style: high ownership, fast learning, strong judgment, and comfort turning ambiguous goals into concrete tests.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills and the ability to explain performance tradeoffs clearly
