We're looking for a Senior Paid Search Associate to join Snap Inc.'s global Small and Medium Customers (SMC) organization. This role will lead the execution of SEM campaigns aimed at acquiring advertisers and driving revenue in priority SMC segments.
The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with direct experience in running global campaigns and tracking to business goals, including monthly active users/advertisers and ROAS, in a B2B environment.
What You'll Do:

  • Lead the execution of Google Ads and Bing Ads SEM campaigns across key global markets
  • Conduct keyword research and ad type, bidding, and ad copy optimizations to continuously improve CVR and CPA and maximize ROAS
  • Execute A/B experiments to test landing pages, platform features, ad copy, etc., driving performance improvements
  • Identify opportunities for market and platform expansion, and lead expansion efforts
  • Partner with CRO, SEO, Content/Creative, and Data Science to ensure the alignment of SEM efforts with overall SMC marketing objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on SEM industry trends, technical updates, and best practices to drive innovation
  • Manage quarterly and channel SEM budgets effectively and efficiently


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of SEM principles, techniques, and best practices, as well as digital marketing KPIs
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and comfort with ambiguity
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns, projects, etc., simultaneously
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive continuous improvement and innovation in SEM strategies and tactics


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing SEM campaigns, preferably at a tech company or digital agency
  • Proven track record of driving results and achieving performance goals through SEM initiatives
  • Advanced understanding of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other SEM platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with Microsoft Excel


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B marketing
  • Experience executing global SEM campaigns
  • Familiarity with conversion tracking and tag management
  • Familiarity with other paid media digital channels (e.g. video, display, social media, etc.)

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
Zone A (CA, WA, NYC) :
The base salary range for this position is $114,000-$171,000 annually.
Zone B :
The base salary range for this position is $108,000-$163,000 annually.
Zone C :
The base salary range for this position is $97,000-$145,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
