Position Summary

Minitab is seeking a Senior Partner Account Manager to lead and expand our partner ecosystem across Mexico and Central America, with a strong focus on the manufacturing sector.

This role is responsible for identifying, recruiting, enabling, and managing Resellers, Distributors, and Consulting Partners that serve manufacturing organizations. The successful candidate will drive recurring and new revenue growth by helping partners deliver measurable value to manufacturers through Minitab’s solutions for quality improvement, process optimization, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making.

The Senior Partner Account Manager will align regional partner strategy with Minitab’s global go-to-market plans while developing and executing annual partner business development plans. This role plays a critical part in expanding Minitab’s footprint within manufacturing by strengthening partner capabilities and accelerating solution adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a high-performing partner ecosystem focused on manufacturing customers across Mexico and Central America

  • Drive revenue growth by expanding partner-led opportunities within manufacturing industries.

  • Recruit and onboard new strategic partners with strong manufacturing expertise and customer access

  • Lead partner enablement initiatives to ensure partners can effectively position Minitab for quality, process improvement, and operational performance use cases

  • Collaborate with internal sales and services teams to support complex manufacturing sales cycles

  • Develop and execute annual partner business development plans aligned to regional manufacturing growth objectives

  • Track and manage partner-driven pipeline performance and forecasting

  • Ensure alignment with Minitab’s global manufacturing go-to-market strategy

Required Experience
  • 10+ years of indirect channel business development experience within enterprise software markets

  • Demonstrated success managing average annual partner revenue targets exceeding $1M USD

  • Proven track record of achieving 100%+ revenue and sourced pipeline quotas

  • Experience working collaboratively with direct sales and services teams to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals

  • Experience supporting manufacturing customers or partners serving manufacturing industries

  • Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken)

  • Ability to travel internationally up to 50%

  • Valid U.S. passport

Preferred Experience
  • Background in Business Intelligence, Statistical Analytics, Quality Management, or Operational Excellence solutions

  • Familiarity with manufacturing methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, or continuous improvement frameworks

  • Experience with structured value-based and consultative selling methodologies

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree required
