About the Role
The Senior Partner Manager manages client outreach/prospecting and proposals, and ensures that Fetch deliverables align with partner needs. This role contributes directly to revenue through individual and pod quota ownership.
As a seller at Fetch, you’ll manage the sales cycle from outreach through close, identify opportunities, craft proposals, and build trusted relationships. You’ll partner with Account Managers to expand partnerships and collaborate with senior team members to refine your approach. You are also expected to begin leveraging AI-enabled tools to accelerate learning, support research, and drive efficiency in prospecting, meeting prep, strategic pipeline hygiene and management, and campaign insights capture.
This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.
Role Responsibilities
- Engage prospect lists via sales outreach, preparing briefs, and joining early conversations
- Manage relationship mapping, leveraging LinkedIn or ZoomInfo with support from some oversight from senior leaders
- Generate revenue by actively converting partners and prospects into long-term strategic relationships, with limited guidance
- Independently articulate Fetch’s value proposition and ad products
- Develop proposals and sales materials using templates and summaries, with some guidance from senior teammates
- With limited oversight, utilize AI to streamline revisions, format outputs, and visualize data-backed recommendations
- Manage Fetch processes and tools to support offer execution and maintain data hygiene with limited oversight
- Develop creative solutions for how the pod can succeed with partners
- Leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate learning, support research, and drive efficiencies in prospecting, meeting prep, and pipeline hygiene
- Understanding and articulating various data sets and using AI tools to generate insights for partners. Identify and carry over learnings from optimization results into future recommendations
- Manage Salesforce hygiene, using AI tools to maintain clean records, managing pipelines to identify areas of opportunity/risk, and track conversion
- Handle assigned tasks like data entry, post-meeting follow-ups, and call recaps to support pod execution, with growing use of AI to assist
- Manage deal workflow through accurate documentation and order form creation
- Manage account activity and pipeline by contributing to growth forecasts or opportunity tracking
- Prioritize and meet both internal and external deadlines
- Manage forecasting and develop gap-to-quota plans, supported by AI-generated forecasts and conversion probability insights
- Build internal relationships with Account Managers and Industry Leads to understand campaign setup and client needs
- Identify inefficiencies or partner feedback and share them with the pod, leveraging AI tools to solve for recurring issues or speed up repetitive tasks
- Have a growth mindset toward new tools and AI-assisted workflows and demonstrate Fetch values
- Share partner feedback and learnings with the team to optimize processes and surface industry trends, leveraging AI tools or competitive intelligence when available
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, sales support, or a related field
- Direct experience in digital media, advertising, or consumer data
- Strong organizational and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to leverage digital advertising KPIs and how media solutions drive outcomes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and engage with clients
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred Requirements
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- Client vertical experience
- Exposure to analyzing campaign data and presenting insights to stakeholders
- Experience working cross-functionally with implementation, analytics, or sales teams
- Familiarity with AI-driven decision-support tools (ex. ChatGPT, Gemini AI) or automation tools (ex. Zapier)
- Comfort working in dynamic or evolving environments
Compensation:
At Fetch, we offer competitive compensation packages to the exceptional folks we hire. The base salary range for this position is $118,500 - $132,000, and the on-target earnings (OTE) range is $177,750 - $187,500. (This does not include accelerators or sales plan incentive funds, which employees may also be eligible for). We also offer all employees equity in Fetch.
