We are looking for a Senior Partner Marketing Manager, East & Central to join our Partner Marketing team. This is a remote role based in New York, reporting to the Senior Director Americas, Partner Marketing. You will manage partner marketing initiatives for our high-growth East & Central regions, serving as a strategic marketer who builds, executes, and optimizes integrated partner plans aligned to regional business priorities. This role is designed for a results-driven leader who can drive impact through partner strengths and needs.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

  • Architecting and executing region-specific partner marketing strategies that translate East & Central business priorities into high-impact plans suited to partner strengths and needs
  • Designing and leading integrated, partner-specific campaigns and GTM motions, driving new logo acquisition, platform expansion, and measurable demand generation across the region
  • Owning regional MDF budget and performance reporting, ensuring disciplined budget allocation, accurate attribution, and clear insights into pipeline influence and program ROI
  • Driving cross-functional alignment with Partner Sales, Field Marketing, Channel & Marketing Ops, Alliances and Product marketing to enable seamless execution and shared outcomes
  • Ensuring partner readiness and operational excellence by building scalable processes with consistent, strategic execution and the ability to influence stakeholders toward strategic, outcome driven activities

Who You Are (Success Profile)

  • You are a problem-solver. You seek out challenges because you are energized by finding solutions, knowing that solving the hard problems delivers the biggest impact.
  • You operate with urgency. You understand that in a high-growth environment, speed and quality are not mutually exclusive. You have a relentless focus on execution and a bias for action, delivering high-impact results quickly to win for the customer and the team.
  • You are customer-obsessed. You build deep empathy for the customer—both internal and external—and anchor your decisions in solving their real-world problems. You champion their needs from start to finish, knowing their success is our success.
  • You are a high-trust collaborator. You are ambitious for the team, not just yourself. You embrace our challenge culture by giving and receiving ongoing feedback—knowing that candor delivered with clarity and respect is the truest form of teamwork and the fastest way to earn trust.
  • You act like an owner. Your passion for the mission fuels your bias for action. You operate with integrity because you genuinely care about the outcome. You adapt to what’s needed, navigating seamlessly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 7+ years of experience in partner or channel marketing with proven success across national and regional partners, ideally in cybersecurity or SaaS
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities, able to develop multi-quarter partner plans tied to measurable outcomes
  • Data-driven and analytically sharp, capable of using insights from pipeline trends and ROI analyses to guide decisions
  • Exceptional collaborator and influencer, adept at guiding partners and Partner Sales toward impactful initiatives
  • High level of ownership and accountability while ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced environment

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience working with top National and Regional VARs, tailoring GTM approaches to their unique needs
  • Background in managing multiple partnerships and navigating complex ecosystems
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% for partner meetings, events, and conferences
