Job summary

The Senior Partner Operations Analyst is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the operational infrastructure that supports DigiCert’s global partner ecosystem. This role will own the processes, systems, and data integrity that drive scalable and efficient partner engagement across all partner segments. You will act as the operational hub for the partner organization—collaborating closely with Revenue Operations, Sales, Enablement, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Product, and other teams to ensure seamless partner operations and a best-in-class partner experience.


What you will do

  • Partner Systems & Tools Management: Own the partner portal and related systems. Implement, maintain, and optimize partner tools in collaboration with RevOps and cross-functional stakeholders to support partner growth, scalability, and operational alignment.
  • Process Design & Optimization: Develop and implement new partner operational processes as the partner program evolves, including workflow design, documentation, and business requirements for emerging partnership models.
  • Partner Program Administration: Maintain partner tier structures and manage operational execution of partner incentives and program benefits across global partner segments.
  • Data Integrity & CRM Management: Ensure partner data accuracy in Salesforce, including account segmentation, routing, partner roles, and classifications. Collaborate with RevOps to enhance reporting and data governance.
  • Partner Onboarding & Enablement: Partner with Enablement and cross-functional teams to streamline onboarding through the partner portal—managing documentation, training resources, access provisioning, and milestone tracking.
  • Deal Registration & Operational Efficiency: Optimize deal registration workflows across partner types and sales motions, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and ease of use.
  • Reporting & Performance Measurement: Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), assess program effectiveness, and provide actionable insights to leadership.

What you will have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
  • 3+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Partner Operations within an enterprise software or technology environment. 
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in Salesforce administration, customization, and reporting.
    • Experience managing partner portals and tracking system adoption.
    • Knowledge of Quote-to-Cash and CPQ processes.
    • Strong analytical and reporting skills using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. o Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills. 

Nice to have

  • Experience with partner lifecycle management platforms (e.g., Impartner, Zift, or Allbound). 
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models and channel sales motions.
  • Experience supporting global partner programs or working in matrixed organizations.
