What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of progressive HR/P&C experience, ideally in health‑tech, life sciences, or commercial organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and compliance across the USA and Canada.
  • Experience supporting P&C Business Partners or senior P&C leaders in complex, multi‑function environments.
  • Analytical ability to optimize reports, aggregate data, and provide suggestions
  • Ability to balance tactical P&C operations with strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent organizational skills that drive your communication, collaboration, and how you present insights
  • Comfort working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
