You are a rare find: a creative, impeccably organized individual wired to see every employee touchpoint as a chance to amplify Snowflake’s culture. This role requires you to run point on major cultural programs and events and ensure our internal story fuels our external success.

AS A SR. PEOPLE EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:
  • Bridge the Gap: Actively recognize and leverage the interconnectedness between Talent Brand and People Experience, ensuring internal programs align with and reinforce our external Employee Value Proposition (EVP).

  • Amplify Employee Voices: Partner cross-functionally across Snowflake to uncover and source authentic employee stories that drive our narrative.

  • Own the Culture Narrative: Execute the People Experience strategy by creating compelling, authentic content (copy, internal announcements, short-form video) that brings our day-to-day culture, programs, and employee stories to life across internal channels.

  • Program Ownership (A-Z): Own the full lifecycle of high-impact employee engagement programs, including Snowflake for Good initiatives and local employee Neighborhoods groups, from content development to execution and reporting.

  • Culture Ambassador Social Network: Lead the execution and coordination of an Culture Ambassador Social Network, empowering and equipping employees to authentically share their experiences and company news across their professional networks.

  • ​​Cross-Functional Partnering: Routinely partner with key teams, including Workplace, Social, Brand & Creative, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Brand, to gather input, align strategy, and achieve shared goals in all program designs and executions.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Employee Experience, Employer Brand, Internal Communications, or a related role, preferably within a fast-paced technology environment.

  • The Campaign Mindset: Proven ability to own and drive campaigns A-to-Z, demonstrating strong skills in planning, content creation, project management, and measurement.

  • Execution Power: Your organizational skills are unmatched. You consistently deliver complex, high-impact programs by flawlessly orchestrating multiple workstreams at the same time.

  • Creative Muscle: Ability to think outside the box and design innovative, high-impact experiences and programs that genuinely excite employees, pairing that ingenuity with strategic messaging and compelling visuals to ensure maximum engagement.

  • Collaboration: A natural collaborator who is comfortable partnering with multiple internal teams to gather input and achieve shared goals.

  • Data Literacy: Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools to measure campaign and program success and articulate the ROI of efforts.

  • Pizzazz: Resourceful, engaging presence with the emotional intelligence to connect authentically. You use good humor and sound judgment to build trust, navigate high-pressure situations, and maintain resilience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
