Job SummaryWe are seeking a Senior PPC Manager with deep expertise in Google Ads and paid social platforms, who can own performance across multiple client accounts. This role requires a strategic thinker and strong copywriter—someone who can craft high-performing ad copy within full campaign structures and consistently deliver against CPA, ROAS, and conversion goals.
You’ll be responsible not just for execution, but for end-to-end campaign strategy, including messaging, testing frameworks, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities- Build, manage, and scale high-performing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and Meta Ads
- Write compelling, conversion-focused ad copy tailored to different audience segments and funnel stages
- Develop complete ad sets that demonstrate clear strategic thinking and structured messaging
- Own daily campaign performance and optimize toward CPA, ROAS, and conversion targets
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities
- Create and maintain performance dashboards using tools like AgencyAnalytics and Looker Studio
- Collaborate with account managers and creative teams to align on strategy and execution
- Present performance reports, insights, and recommendations directly to clients
- Manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced, agency-style environment
Requirements
- 4+ years of PPC experience in a digital marketing agency (non-negotiable)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality ad copywriting within full campaign structures
- Proven experience as a Senior PPC Manager handling multiple client accounts
- Advanced expertise in Google Ads, including Search, Display, and Performance Max
- Demonstrated success across both eCommerce and lead-generation campaigns
- Deep understanding of campaign strategy, audience targeting, and funnel optimization
- High proficiency in analytics and reporting—comfortable working with performance data
- Experience with tools such as AgencyAnalytics, Looker Studio, CallRail, Microsoft Clarity, Opteo, and SEMrush
- Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently present to clients
- Highly organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
