Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior PPC Manager with deep expertise in Google Ads and paid social platforms, who can own performance across multiple client accounts. This role requires a strategic thinker and strong copywriter—someone who can craft high-performing ad copy within full campaign structures and consistently deliver against CPA, ROAS, and conversion goals.

You’ll be responsible not just for execution, but for end-to-end campaign strategy, including messaging, testing frameworks, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, manage, and scale high-performing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and Meta Ads
  • Write compelling, conversion-focused ad copy tailored to different audience segments and funnel stages
  • Develop complete ad sets that demonstrate clear strategic thinking and structured messaging
  • Own daily campaign performance and optimize toward CPA, ROAS, and conversion targets
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities
  • Create and maintain performance dashboards using tools like AgencyAnalytics and Looker Studio
  • Collaborate with account managers and creative teams to align on strategy and execution
  • Present performance reports, insights, and recommendations directly to clients
  • Manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced, agency-style environment

Requirements
  • 4+ years of PPC experience in a digital marketing agency (non-negotiable)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality ad copywriting within full campaign structures
  • Proven experience as a Senior PPC Manager handling multiple client accounts
  • Advanced expertise in Google Ads, including Search, Display, and Performance Max
  • Demonstrated success across both eCommerce and lead-generation campaigns
  • Deep understanding of campaign strategy, audience targeting, and funnel optimization
  • High proficiency in analytics and reporting—comfortable working with performance data
  • Experience with tools such as AgencyAnalytics, Looker Studio, CallRail, Microsoft Clarity, Opteo, and SEMrush
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently present to clients
  • Highly organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
