  • Provide functional and solution expertise throughout the sales process to help shape strong, realistic opportunities.

Sales & Delivery Collaboration

  • Partner with sales to qualify opportunities and support deal strategy.
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure a smooth handover from pre-sales to implementation.
  • Help ensure proposed solutions are aligned with delivery capabilities, project scope, and client expectations.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, go-to-market activities, and solution approach improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of ERP consulting experience, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM.
  • Experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, functional consulting, or a similar client-facing ERP role.
  • Strong knowledge of finance and/or supply chain processes within Dynamics 365 F&SCM.
  • Experience leading client workshops, demos, discovery sessions, and solution presentations.
  • Experience supporting or delivering full lifecycle ERP implementations.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both business and technical audiences.
