Job Description

Modemetric is seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Consultant (Solution Engineer) who is an expert in business intelligence, complex data sources, technical proof points & ETL. This role will support our account executives in presenting the value propositions and benefits of our solutions to our partners, prospects, and customers. You will participate in the design, validation, and presentation of LANTERN technology & solutions based on customer needs and have the ability to lead technical discussions to identify the right solution for our customer’s needs.

As a Senior Presales Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing presales technical / functional support to prospective clients and customers, while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision
  • Developing and delivering high quality LANTERN presentations and demonstrations, both remote and on-site 
  • Drive all aspects of successful Proof of Concepts from requirements and design to training and delivery
  • Presenting and articulating advanced product features and benefits, product future direction and overall LANTERN solutions

Qualifications

  • BS degree or equivalent; advanced degree desirable in Computer Science or Technology related field
  • 5+ years technical experience with ERP or BI/Analytics solutions
  • Current experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as consultant, technical solutions engineer or solutions architect 
  • Proven ability to perform rapid assessments of clients' internal technology landscape and associated use cases
  • Enthusiasm, energy and ability to evangelize our platform
  • Self-starter, who's able to self-motivate and work effectively remotely with other team members
  • Excellent Communications skills
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
