  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and business performance management in partnership with Finance and business leaders.

  • Apply AI and advanced analytics to improve reporting, forecasting, operational insight, and decision support.

  • Identify opportunities to use AI, automation, and analytics to improve business processes, reporting efficiency, and operational coordination.

  • Break down unstructured business problems into clear workstreams, actionable insights, and practical implementation plans.

  • Partner with stakeholders across Product, Commercial, Engineering, and Customer Success to scope, prioritize, and implement operational improvements and strategic initiatives.

  • Develop executive-ready analyses, business cases, and recommendations that synthesize quantitative data, customer insight, and market context.

  • Support M&A integration planning and execution, including workstream tracking, synergy reporting, and operational alignment across acquired entities.

What You'll Need

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in healthcare, SaaS, corporate planning, analytics, or related fields required.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (B.A./B.S.) in a relevant field required, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial, operational, and business performance data to support decisions.

  • Demonstrated ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans.

  • Experience building relationships and communicating effectively with stakeholders across levels and functions.

  • Ability to work through ambiguity while maintaining a structured, methodical approach to problem solving and execution.

  • Track record of building processes and methodically resolving roadblocks.

  • Demonstrate growth potential and learning agility by quickly learning new business contexts, tools, and priorities, and applying that learning to improve performance as the organization evolves.

  • Show leadership by influencing cross-functional partners, aligning stakeholders around shared goals, and working constructively through differing perspectives to drive outcomes.

  • Adapt effectively to changing priorities, evolving business needs, and ambiguous situations while staying focused on execution and results.

  • Apply creative thinking to identify practical ways to improve operations, reporting, analytics, and coordination across teams.

  • Use analytical skills to break down complex information, identify patterns and risks, and support recommendations with clear, evidence-based reasoning.

  • Nice to have: Experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS company; experience partnering with Product and Commercial teams.
