At Bellota Labs, we are a fast-paced, hypergrowth startup revolutionizing the gaming industry with ClubWPT Gold—an innovative new product for the World Poker Tour. Our mission is fueled by a passion for innovation, game integrity, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As we scale, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape the future of our consumer-facing products, ensuring they deliver exceptional user experiences and achieve our ambitious goals.

In this role, you will be instrumental in defining the product vision, driving the roadmap for new features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver results. We're looking for an AI-native PM — someone who uses modern AI tools to move faster, go deeper, and ship more than a traditional PM possibly could. If you are a hands-on product leader with an obsession for user experience, a passion for gaming or poker, and a habit of reaching for AI tools to accelerate every part of your workflow, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write crisp product specifications, including user stories and acceptance criteria, to guide the development process. Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate spec drafting, edge-case analysis, and documentation — while keeping final judgment, framing, and prioritization firmly in your hands.
  • Drive the roadmap for assigned features, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timelines.
  • Collect and integrate feedback from subject matter experts, internal stakeholders, and users. Use AI to synthesize user interviews, support tickets, reviews, and survey data at scale, surfacing themes and insights faster than manual review allows.
  • Conduct research on industry best practices, competitor approaches, and emerging trends to inform product decisions. Leverage AI-powered research tools (e.g., Perplexity, ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate competitive teardowns, market scans, and trend analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with internal design, engineering, and data teams to deliver seamless user experiences. Use AI-assisted prototyping tools (e.g., v0, Lovable, Figma AI, Cursor, Replit Agent) to bring ideas to life quickly and make cross-functional conversations more concrete.
  • Analyze product data and user behavior to identify areas for improvement and report actionable findings. Leverage AI-assisted analytics and SQL-generation tools to get to insight faster, without waiting on a data queue.
  • Stay hands-on throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to execution, ensuring quality and performance. Use AI to build lightweight prototypes, mockups, or internal tools that unblock teams and accelerate decisions.
  • Champion AI in the product process, continuously evaluating new tools and techniques that can elevate the team's velocity, insight, and quality — and sharing learnings broadly.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience playing poker (online, card rooms, or tournaments)
  • 4–15 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Designer in software development
  • Proven experience designing online B2C products, ideally in gaming, poker, or entertainment
  • A strong eye for UI/visual design, with the ability to collaborate effectively with design teams
  • Basic programming knowledge to communicate effectively with engineering teams
  • Hands-on fluency with AI tools in a professional product workflow — using them for research synthesis, spec writing, data analysis, and prototyping — with clear judgment about where AI accelerates the work and where human judgment must lead
  • Passion for poker or video games—or a desire to learn about the gaming industry
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a focus on driving results
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and juggle multiple priorities

Nice to Have:

  • Experience conducting user research or testing (including AI-assisted research synthesis)
  • Knowledge of analytics tools to monitor product performance and user behavior, including AI-assisted analytics copilots
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies

At Bellota Labs, we are defining the future of online gaming with cutting-edge products and a team of passionate professionals. You will have the opportunity to shape the direction of our flagship product, work with a world-class team, and make a lasting impact on the gaming industry.
