About Us

For more than a decade, Zyte has led the way in building powerful, easy-to-use tools to collect, format, and deliver web data, quickly, dependably, and at scale. And today, the data we extract helps thousands of organizations make smarter business decisions, secure competitive advantage and drive sustainable growth. Today, over 3,000 companies and 1 million developers rely on our tools and services to get the data they need from the web.

At Zyte, we eat data for breakfast and you can eat your breakfast anywhere and work for Zyte. Founded in 2010, we are a globally distributed team of over 250 Zytans working from over 28 countries.

We are building the future of web data extraction — and we’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who thrives on turning complex problems into elegant, measurable, and user-centered solutions.

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the experience of thousands of developers and data professionals who rely on Zyte every day. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s proactive, curious, and outcome-driven — someone who can take an idea from insight to shipped feature, and do it with clarity and craft.

At Zyte, we’re focused on outcomes, not outputs. We don’t measure success by the number of new screens or components shipped, but by how much better our users’ experience becomes because of them. We’re looking for a designer who shares that mindset — someone who sees design as a lever for impact, not just aesthetics.

What you’ll do

You’ll be joining a small, high-impact design team where your work will directly influence the direction of our products and the maturity of design at Zyte. You will:

  • Lead end-to-end design for core areas of our platform — from research and prototyping through to production-ready design.
  • Take ownership of discovery and validation: talk to users, run interviews, test hypotheses, and turn findings into actionable insights.
  • Define and track design success metrics — usability, activation, retention, and conversion — helping connect design work to measurable business results.
  • Focus on outcomes over outputs — delivering designs that make real improvements to how users work, not just new features or interfaces.
  • Build and evolve our design system across multiple front-ends (Next.js, Angular), ensuring consistency and scalability.
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to prioritize work that delivers both user and business value.
  • Prototype rapidly — whether in Figma or code — to explore ideas early and reduce the cost of experimentation.
  • Contribute to the growth of the design function by mentoring other designers, sharing feedback, and helping define how we work as a team.
  • Communicate insights and design rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Product Designer in a B2B SaaS environment (developer-focused products are a major plus).
  • A naturally inquisitive mindset — you ask “why” often and go deep to understand both user and business context.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute user research independently.
  • Strong UX and UI design skills, with a portfolio showing complex problem-solving across dashboards, tools, or technical interfaces.
  • Experience defining and tracking success metrics for design outcomes.
  • Solid understanding of design systems, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills — able to work autonomously while aligning effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable working asynchronously and remotely in a fully distributed environment.

Bonus points

    • Experience designing developer tools, dashboards, or API-driven products.
    • Ability to prototype in Figma or code (React/Next.js or HTML/CSS).
    • Experience mentoring or coaching other designers.
    • Familiarity with data-centric products, automation, or scraping workflows.

Benefits
  • Shape the future of web data access and AI-driven developer tools.
  • Collaborate with world-class engineers and AI specialists.
  • Work with hungry, ambitious customers who want to change the world
  • Join a profitable, fast-growing company where innovation and autonomy thrive.
  • Competitive salary and remote-first flexibility
