About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to own and shape core product experiences at OpusClip. This is a role for a hands-on builder who can turn complex AI capabilities into intuitive, polished, and useful experiences, and drive the work from early exploration through launch and iteration.

You won’t just receive requirements and turn them into screens. You’ll help define the problems we solve, challenge assumptions, establish the product direction, and work closely with product and engineering to ship high-quality experiences quickly. You should be comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve, technology is constantly changing, and designers are expected to bring clarity and momentum.

We’re looking for an AI-native designer who actively uses AI throughout the design and development process. You’ll use AI tools and vibe-coding workflows to explore ideas, build functional prototypes, test interactions, and communicate solutions more effectively. A working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Git will help you collaborate directly with engineers and make small front-end improvements when needed.

This role requires strong product thinking, excellent visual and interaction design skills, curiosity, organization, and a high level of personal responsibility. You’ll be expected to identify opportunities, make thoughtful decisions, and move projects forward without waiting for detailed direction.

What You'll Do
  • Own product design end-to-end, from problem framing and user flows to polished, production-ready UI across our web and product surfaces.

  • Drive projects from concept to shipped: scope the work, set priorities, and move without waiting for direction.

  • Partner closely with product managers, engineers, AI researchers, and other stakeholders to define product direction, requirements, and priorities.

  • Go beyond executing requirements by identifying user problems, questioning assumptions, and proposing better product solutions.

  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity interfaces, interaction patterns, and detailed implementation specifications.

  • Get hands-on with the front end when it helps, use your working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Git to prototype, ship small fixes, and collaborate tightly with engineers instead of throwing designs over the wall.

  • Set and maintain design consistency, contributing to the systems and guidelines that hold as we scale.

  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, production, and iteration without compromising quality.

What We're Looking For
  • A strong track record in product design, with a portfolio of live, shipped work, not just concepts.

  • A genuine self-starter who thrives with autonomy, examples of projects you scoped, drove, and shipped largely on your own, with minimal direction.

  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma and modern design tooling, with an exceptional sense of layout, typography, interaction, and product thinking.

  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Git, comfortable prototyping in code, jumping in to fast-fix small front-end issues, and speaking the same language as engineers.

  • Fluency with AI creative and prototyping tools, and a point of view on how to use them (including vibe coding) to work faster and better.

  • Responsible, organized, and curious. You own your outcomes, keep your work structured, and stay hungry to learn and explore.

  • The judgment to balance craft with business goals and user needs.

  • Excellent communication and the ability to align design, product, and engineering as a partner and a leader.

  • Bonus: experience with animation or motion design tools (e.g., Rive, After Effects).

Why Join Us
  • Shape the brand of a fast-moving, globally recognized AI company at a pivotal moment.

  • Real creative ownership and the autonomy to lead — this is your workstream to define and drive.
