The RoleWe are looking for a Senior/Staff Product Designer to lead design at Accord - owning our design system, elevating craft across the product, and shaping how modern go-to-market teams collaborate and close deals.
You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and our GTM team to shape the roadmap, evolve our design system, and deliver features used daily by some of the fastest-growing companies. This is an opportunity to own end-to-end design in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment where quality and speed both matter.
This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco (near the Montgomery stop) - our team works together in the office three days a week to move quickly, collaborate deeply, and keep the creative energy high.
💡 We know great designers come from all backgrounds. Even if you don’t meet 100% of the qualifications below, we’d still love to hear from you - especially if you bring unique perspectives, experiences, or skills that could make Accord better.
You Will
Own design for major product initiatives end to end (research to concept to visual design to delivery)
Design for complex systems - multi-user workflows, permissions, integrations - and make them feel simple
Lead user research and translate insights into actionable product improvements
Own our design system and visual language
Champion user experience across the company, balancing craft with business impact
Collaborate closely with the team to influence roadmap and vision
Who We're Looking For
5-8 years of experience designing SaaS or workflow products (B2B, data-rich, or enterprise tools a plus)
Hold a high bar for craft and usability, and consistently push for exceptional user experiences
Start-up experience is a must: you must be able to move fast without cutting corners
Strength in interaction design, systems thinking, and visual polish
Have built out a design system and scale it across multiple surfaces
Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy creating clarity, structure and momentum
Curious and excited by how AI can supplement - not replace - human creativity and craft
Bonus: experience with sales tech, CRM or workflow tools or designing AI-powered

What Sales Leaders Are Saying“With Accord, we ended up displacing not just People.ai, but the need for one of our enablement platforms as well. The content management piece, the deal-level execution, and the ability to surface internal components like approval matrices or quoting instructions at the right time, for every deal, was a game changer.”
Bayley Fesler, Director of Revenue Operations, Xactly
"This is a sales tool that the team tells me they can't live without anymore. They would be so upset if we took it away from them, which I never hear about tools.”
Niki Phillips, VP of Enterprise Sales, Hootsuite
"Accord is poised to give us meaningful metrics and tangible insights into how our methodologies are actually being adopted and used in the field, which is a game-changer for proving the impact of our enablement programs.”
Aaron C, Revenue Enablement Manager at Greenway Health
