About Sybill.ai

Sybill is a rapidly growing Series A startup transforming productivity for B2B sales teams. Traditional and modern sales tools bog down professionals with administrative tasks, distracting them from building relationships and closing deals. Our flagship feature, the Sybill Copilot, is an AI assistant deeply integrated into sales workflows that delivers comprehensive deal intelligence. It helps reps and managers instantly access insights, ask targeted questions, and make strategic decisions about meetings, deals, and accounts.

As we accelerate our growth, we're investing in exceptional talent to shape the future of sales intelligence. We're looking for an experienced, visionary product designer to join our team, collaborate with senior product leadership, and craft a compelling design vision that aligns with our ambitious strategy.

The Opportunity

As a product designer, you'll combine hands-on work with strategic design leadership. You'll shape both our product's current experience and its future evolution. By owning the big picture and creating a design vision that aligns with our broader product strategy, you'll help excite customers about the future of sales intelligence. You'll play a key role in building a robust and influential design function within Sybill.

If you're passionate about using AI to enhance productivity and want to work with a smart, dedicated, innovative, and humble team, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
  • Hands-On Design Execution: Deliver high-quality designs throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation and wireframing to prototyping and polished user experiences.

  • Information Architecture: Elevate our product's information architecture to enhance clarity, intuitiveness, and user satisfaction.

  • User-Centric Research: Partner with Product to conduct meaningful user research, understand user behaviors, and translate insights into intuitive design decisions.

  • Collaborative Partnership: Work closely with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to iterate rapidly, validate ideas, and deliver outstanding user-centric designs.

  • Strategic Design Leadership: Partner with product management to translate Sybill's vision into an inspiring design strategy. Create compelling visuals that showcase this future to customers.

Minimum Required QualificationsRequired
  • Experience: 3+ years as a product designer, with significant B2B SaaS product design experience; startup experience highly preferred.

  • Design Expertise: Deep proficiency in UX/UI design, information architecture, and interaction design; strong portfolio showing successful solutions to complex problems.

  • Strategic Vision: Proven ability to develop high-level design vision aligned with product strategy, balanced with hands-on execution.

  • Ownership Mindset: Strong personal accountability, with initiative to drive business impact.

  • Mentorship & Leadership: Experience mentoring or managing designers, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred
  • AI & Generative AI: Experience designing for AI-driven products or strong familiarity with generative AI technologies.

  • Sales Empathy: Understanding of sales workflows and tools, with ability to empathize with sales teams' challenges and goals.

Impact You'll Make

You'll shape not just how our product looks, but how it fundamentally works and evolves. Your strategic vision and hands-on leadership will directly influence our product roadmap, customer satisfaction, and company success.

You'll build something that thousands of sales professionals use daily to excel at their jobs, while creating design practices and systems that scale with our rapid growth.
