We’re hiring a Senior PM to lead data products and AI agents that power our advisor platform. You’ll sit at the intersection of CRM, data intelligence, and AI—building products that help advisors find, engage, and manage clients, and plan trips more effectively. This is a true 0→1 role: you’ll define the vision, roadmap, and go-to-market for AI- and data-driven features that directly impact advisor productivity, client conversion, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Own the product strategy and roadmap for Advisor Enablement data products and AI agents.
- Design AI- and data-powered capabilities across CRM, workflows, recommendations, and automation.
- Partner with data science, engineering, and analytics to shape models, signals, and data products.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact use cases (e.g., next-best-action, lead scoring, smart workflows, segmentation).
- Run experiments and validate ideas with advisors; turn successful pilots into scalable features.
- Integrate AI and data products deeply into CRM and workflow surfaces—not side tools.
- Define success metrics, measure impact, and iterate based on data and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with GTM teams on positioning, launches, and enablement.
- 8+ years of Product Management experience, including complex platform or multi-system products.
- 3+ years building AI/ML or data-driven products (recommendations, scoring, automation, or similar).
- Experience in a data-focused role or owning data products (defining metrics, experiments, data requirements).
- Strong experience in at least one of:
- B2B CRM or customer data platforms
- Data intelligence / analytics systems
- Recommendation engines / personalization
- Marketing automation, segmentation, and audience systems
- Workflow, project management, or productivity tools
- Cross-functional leadership experience required.
- Hands-on work with AI/ML-powered features or predictive modeling.
- Strong background with CRM systems, customer data models, or lifecycle automation.
- Excellent communication; comfortable turning ambiguity into clear product direction.
- Based in NYC or willing to relocate.
- Data science / Python or applied ML experience.
- Experience with modern AI agent frameworks and/or experience in low code AI tools like Lovable, Claude, Gemini, etc...
- Experience building APIs and integrations used by other teams or platforms.
Compensation for this role varies based on experience, with an indicative range of $160K–$200K + equity. Final compensation will depend on the level at which the candidate is hired, as we’re considering multiple levels for this role.
