JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Build agents. Design and ship AI agents that do real work. Handle tool-calling, orchestration, and the logic that lets them act reliably.
  • Automate. Build and maintain automation pipelines in n8n and similar tools. Connect APIs, data sources, and internal systems into flows that hold up in production.
  • Ship product surfaces. Build the frontend where agents and tools live, using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
  • Own the roadmap. Scope, prioritise, and sequence your own workstreams. Turn loose problems into shipped tools.
  • Work across the business. Partner with teams in sales, content, and marketing to find automation opportunities and turn them into products.
  • Keep it running. Monitor, debug, and improve what you ship.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • You do not need to be a traditional developer, but you must have a working understanding of AI and have built or experimented with AI tools independently — whether a workflow, automation, or a personal project.
  • You will also need a good product sense. As much as building is involved, knowing what to build and why is far more important than the former.
  • Product ownership. You can take a problem from scope to launch to iteration without a spec handed to you.
  • Proven builder. You have shipped real things: agents, automations, web apps, or all three.
  • Technical range. Comfortable across the stack. You can build an agent, wire the automation, and put a usable interface on it.
  • AI fluency. You understand LLMs, agent frameworks, and tool-calling, and how to get reliable output from non-deterministic systems.
  • Automation experience. Hands-on with n8n, Make, Zapier, or equivalent. You think in pipelines and integrations. Comfortable working with agentic development tools such as Claude Code or Codex, and working with APIs and MCPs.
  • Frontend skills. Working knowledge of React, Next.js, and TypeScript. You can build and ship a functional interface without waiting on someone else using AI-assisted development.

REQUIREMENTS:

    Nice to have

    • Media or content background. Experience in publishing, broadcast, or social media, or media sales operations.
    • Content automation. Experience with social APIs, scheduling tools, or content production pipelines.
    • Leadership. Some experience mentoring or leading junior team members.
