About Lark

At Lark Health, we’re leading the way into a new era of cardiometabolic care, leveraging advanced AI techniques–including deterministic and generative models–to provide scalable, affordable, and compassionate care. We help our healthcare partners manage over 30 million lives and prevent conditions like obesity, hypertension, type II diabetes, and behavioral health. Our platform delivers real-time personalized counseling and health monitoring for each patient. By providing compelling and actionable insights, we empower every user to live happier, healthier lives. Come join our team!

The Role

We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the product work behind our AI Coach, the experience at the heart of everything Lark does.

At Lark we are leading the way into a new era of cardiometabolic care, leveraging advanced AI to provide scalable, compassionate care. Our platform helps manage over 30 million lives for our partners, empowering users to prevent and manage conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and obesity. If you're excited to work at the intersection of healthcare, AI, and human-centered design, we'd love to meet you.

What you'll do

You'll lead the product work behind Lark's AI Coaching experience: the conversations, nudges, and interventions that turn what we know about a member into real behavior change. You'll work with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists to deliver features that improve the lives of our members.

  • Drive the AI Coaching roadmap, turning member insights, behavior science, and business goals into shipped work.

  • Build for trust, designing the guardrails and human-in-the-loop moments that keep members safe and confident.

  • Run a sharp measurement practice: clean experiments, the right metrics, and real evidence behind key decisions.

  • Partner tightly with the App and Enrollment teams on shared work and shared goals, keeping everyone aligned around member outcomes.

What you'll Need

You bring a builder's mindset. You've taken products from zero to one, you're comfortable in ambiguity and sharp with data, and you're curious about why people do what they do. You also know the hardest problems in AI coaching aren't the models. They're member trust, clear guardrails, and getting people and AI to work well together.

  • A track record of shipping consumer products people love, ideally on mobile. You've built under real constraints and learned from real users.

  • Real product judgment. You can feel the craft in what you've built.

  • Hands-on experience shipping AI or LLM-powered features, with a feel for what makes AI hard: accuracy, member trust, and designing for outputs you can't fully predict.

  • Strong analytics and experimentation instincts. You're fluent in tools like Braintrust, Mixpanel, Looker, or Snowflake, and you know AI quality takes more than a standard A/B test.

  • A feel for behavior change and for the line between coaching and clinical care, so you design responsibly in a regulated space.

What sets you apart
  • Experience with the Medicare or older-adult population, or in B2C health, wellness, or fitness.

  • Familiarity with responsible AI practices and the healthcare-specific questions that come with them.

Key Facts About San Francisco Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 365,500; 13.9% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, fintech, consumer technology, software
  • Funding Landscape: $50.5 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Sequoia Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, Bessemer Venture Partners, Greylock Partners, Khosla Ventures, Kleiner Perkins
  • Research Centers and Universities: Stanford University; University of California, Berkeley; University of San Francisco; Santa Clara University; Ames Research Center; Center for AI Safety; California Institute for Regenerative Medicine
