Your Role:

We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager – AI Experience & Brand to define and deliver the next generation of AI-powered product experiences. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and brand, blending deep product leadership with a modern, creative edge to ensure our AI products resonate with the people who use them every day.

You’ll lead the design and execution of agentic AI & marketing cloud experiences that don’t just solve problems, they become a lifestyle product for marketers, operators, and enterprises. Beyond product definition, you’ll help accelerate adoption by shaping hands-on AI bootcamps, product labs, and experience-driven programs that bring the power of AI into the daily rhythm of our users.

This is a role for a builder-visionary: part product leader, part brand storyteller, part hands-on AI experimenter.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Design lifestyle-oriented product experiences: make AI workflows intuitive, engaging, and habit-forming for marketers and enterprises.
  • Champion AI adoption through brand experiences: lead the creation of AI bootcamps, hands-on product labs, and immersive learning programs that help customers go from curiosity to daily use.
  • Drive product + brand integration: work closely with product marketing and design to ensure every launch, campaign, and product touchpoint reflects a modern, AI-first feel.
  • Engage with customers directly: uncover unmet needs, validate use cases, and co-create product experiences that meet users where they are.
  • Stay ahead of AI + cultural trends, ensuring our products and brand remain fresh, relevant, and differentiated.
  • Support key GTM motions via product launches in tandem with the rest of the product team.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience; ideally across lifestyle brands meeting market moments.
  • Experience connecting product design with brand positioning to create category-defining experiences.
  • Demonstrated success building 0 to 1 products & brands that scale globally.
  • Ability to lead customer-facing programs (bootcamps, labs, workshops) to accelerate adoption.
  • Excellent storytelling skills and executive presence, able to evangelize AI product vision internally and externally.

Bonus: Background in martech/adtech, CDPs, SaaS ecosystems, or experience shaping product-led brand campaigns.
