Senior Product Manager, AI Financial Services

Catena Labs is building the first AI-native financial institution to provide the new financial infrastructure and services AI systems need to conduct commerce. The Role

As Senior Product Manager, you will be at the center of defining and building a new category of financial services designed from the ground up for AI agents and stablecoins. This is a zero-to-one opportunity to own the product vision, strategy, and execution for a regulated financial institution at the frontier of the next global economic shift. Your work will directly enable businesses to safely deploy AI agents for commerce.

You will collaborate with a world-class cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, designers, and legal/compliance professionals. You will be responsible for translating complex market needs and regulatory requirements into a clear, ambitious, and actionable product roadmap.

• Product Vision and Strategy: Collaborate with the Co-Founder & CEO to build a clear product vision and strategy. You will conduct deep market and user research to define a product roadmap that establishes Catena as the leader in financial services for the agentic economy.
  

• Zero-to-One Execution: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from initial concept and user stories to launch and iteration. You will manage the backlog, coordinate sprints, and ensure your cross-functional team is aligned and executing at high velocity.
  

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the product leader across engineering, design, data science, compliance, and legal. You will foster a collaborative environment focused on solving novel challenges with speed and quality.
  

• Data-Driven Decision-Making: Define and analyze key metrics, user feedback, and market signals to make informed product decisions. You will use both qualitative and quantitative data to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
  

• Go-to-Market Enablement: Partner with the business development team to support the acquisition of initial design partners and customers. You will be the expert on the product, helping to shape the narrative and scale our sales efforts.

• Product management experience, with a proven track record of shipping complex fintech products from concept to launch.

• You possess deep domain expertise in banking, payments, card networks, risk, and compliance. You are comfortable with the intricacies of regulated financial services.

• You have a strong technical acumen and are adept at discussing complex systems and architecture with engineering teams.

• You are a master of execution in ambiguous environments. You thrive in early-stage startups and have a talent for creating structure and clarity from complexity.

• You are an exceptional communicator and leader, capable of inspiring teams and articulating a compelling vision to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

• You are a strategic thinker with a bias for action, skilled at balancing long-term vision with the immediate, tactical needs of the business.

• Experience working directly with blockchain technology, stablecoins, or in the digital asset space.

• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and experience building AI-powered products.

• Experience taking a product through regulatory approval processes.

• A technical background or a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
