What Do We Do?

Triple Whale is the source of truth for eCommerce brands. Our platform centralizes the entire analytics stack, from profit tracking and customer insights to marketing attribution and creative intelligence. We empower brands with the visibility they need to make smarter decisions, scale faster, and optimize every dollar spent.

Why Triple Whale Needs You

Join the team responsible for the signals foundation that powers all of Triple Whale’s measurement and activation capabilities. The Signals team owns the data plane that captures, enriches, and governs every event, identity, and post-purchase insight flowing into our models, from attribution and MMM to incrementality and data activation.

You’ll lead the strategy and execution behind how we collect, unify, and validate these signals with precision, speed, and privacy. Working across engineering, data science, and design, you’ll ensure that every downstream decision Triple Whale makes is built on a reliable and trusted foundation of truth.

(We are prioritizing candidates based on the East Coast or those who can comfortably work during Eastern Standard Time hours.)

What You’ll Drive

Signals Infrastructure

  • Define and evolve the roadmap for Triple Pixel, identity graph, and event schema, ensuring clean, consented, high-fidelity data across browsers, devices, and server environments.
  • Own signal integrity across the stack: deduplication, late-arrival handling, retries/backfills, latency, and observability.

Identity & Resolution

  • Lead efforts in deterministic and probabilistic identity resolution across customer touchpoints and devices.
  • Balance accuracy and privacy while maintaining robustness in cookie-constrained and cross-platform environments.

Data Quality & Governance

  • Partner with data and infrastructure teams to establish SLOs for event delivery, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Build monitoring, replay, and validation systems that make issues visible and actionable before they affect modeling.

Post-Purchase Signals

  • Enhance and scale the Post Purchase Survey system, designing survey UX, instrumentation, and bias correction pipelines that enrich attribution and modeling.

Privacy & Compliance

  • Ensure the entire signals pipeline adheres to GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, and emerging consent frameworks.
  • Champion best practices in hashing, PII minimization, and consent propagation across all integrations.

AI-Powered Data Insights

  • Collaborate on the development of AI copilots that surface anomalies, suggest data-quality improvements, and explain signal confidence or contribution within attribution models.

Ecosystem Expansion

  • Extend Triple Whale’s signal capture beyond Shopify to platforms like BigCommerce, WooCommerce, custom carts, and headless environments (via GTM server-side, Segment, mParticle, RudderStack, etc.).
What You’ll Bring
  • 5–8+ years of product management experience in adtech, martech, analytics, or data infrastructure products.
  • Deep technical understanding of event pipelines, pixels, IDs, cookies/ITP, consent systems, and APIs.
  • Experience partnering with data science teams to develop or validate measurement models.
  • Strong narrative and communication skills - able to turn complex technical systems into clear business impact stories.
  • Proven track record of balancing accuracy, reliability, and privacy in high-scale data systems.
  • English required; Hebrew a plus.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Shopify (admin, checkout, extensions) and at least one additional commerce platform.
  • Familiarity with Markov or Shapley attribution, path analysis, or survey bias correction.
  • Background building or integrating agentic/LLM systems for data explanation or anomaly triage.
  • Prior exposure to privacy-preserving measurement frameworks or identity federation systems.
Our Values
  • We Are Customer Obsessed: From our mission to every detailed project, everything we do is designed to create a positive impact for our customers.
  • We Move (Very!) Quickly: The speed at which we work, iterate, and deliver value is our most competitive advantage.
  • We Are Trustworthy: Candor, directness, and honest communication helps us learn, grow and improve so we can win together.
  • We Are Curious: We extend beyond our comfort zone and ask questions that guide us towards new, creative, and bold paths.
  • We Act Like A Mensch: We act with honor, integrity and empathy, and have deep respect for our customers and each other.
Perks
  • Greatest Team: A world-class team of the brightest and most talented out there! Work with fun, hardworking, kind, nice people who are passionate about what they do
  • Compensation: Competitive salary, benefits, and equity
  • Family Focus: Parental leave and flexibility for families
  • Time Off: Generous PTO. We want you to relax when you need to relax!
  • Healthcare: Excellent medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401K: 3% matching
