About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a critical role in advancing product strategy and driving market adoption, with a strong focus on the  Auto Lending ecosystem. This role requires deep engagement with Auto lenders, DMS partnerships, and industry stakeholders to ensure Wolters Kluwer (WK) compliant content is widely accepted and embedded into lender workflows.

You will act as a key bridge between market needs and product execution, leading go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, strengthening lender relationships, and ensuring our solutions deliver measurable business outcomes across the  lending value chain.

Hybrid: Eight days a month we come together in the closest office (USA/Prefer MN) within 50 miles to experience the value of connecting with colleagues. You will report to the Director, Product Management and work under the leadership of the EVP & General Manager, FCC Compliance Solutions. Required Job Qualifications (3yr/minimum in Title/Role  + 10yr Auto Industry)

Responsibilities

Auto Lending Market Leadership & Relationship Building

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with  auto lenders, DMS networks, and industry partners to drive adoption of WK-compliant content.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to lenders, understanding their operational, compliance, and digital transformation needs.
  • Gather and synthesize feedback from lenders to inform product enhancements and roadmap priorities.
  • Represent WK in industry forums, client engagements, and working sessions to build credibility and influence adoption.

Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Execution

  • Lead and execute end-to-end GTM strategies for  Auto Lending solutions, including positioning, messaging, and launch planning.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to drive awareness, pipeline growth, and customer acquisition.
  • Develop targeted campaigns and enablement materials that support lender engagement and adoption.
  • Measure and optimize GTM performance through defined KPIs (adoption rates, revenue growth, lender penetration).

Product Strategy & Market Insights

  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis specific to the  auto lending space.
  • Identify trends in auto lending workflows, compliance requirements, and digital lending transformation.
  • Contribute to product vision and strategy with a focus on expanding WK’s position in  lending.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations during product lifecycle and strategy discussions.

Product Performance & Execution

  • Analyze product performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support and influence product roadmap development, ensuring alignment with auto lender needs and market opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Compliance, Sales, and Operations to deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation and enablement materials tailored to  lending use cases.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Enablement

  • Facilitate collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders to align on priorities and execution.
  • Lead product-related events, lender workshops, and webinars to drive engagement and education.
  • Support sales enablement efforts by providing lender-specific insights, use cases, and competitive positioning.

Compensation:

$85,600.00 - $149,400.00 USD
This role is eligible for Bonus.

Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position.  Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
