We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Data & Intelligence Platform to own the vision, roadmap, and execution of Suzy’s real-time data platform. This platform fuses customer data, primary research, and third-party datasets into a hyperscale intelligence layer that powers analytics, AI features, and differentiated data products.

You will lead end-to-end product strategy and delivery across data ingestion, curation, modeling, governance, and AI enablement, partnering closely with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Commercial, and Managed Services teams.

This role is ideal for a product leader with deep technical fluency in data systems and AI who can translate complexity into customer and business value.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Roadmap
  • Own and execute the product roadmap for Suzy’s real-time data and intelligence platform, spanning customer data, primary research, and third-party research data

  • Translate company strategy and stakeholder needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

  • Define product goals, success metrics, and KPIs; measure adoption, performance, and business impact to drive prioritization decisions

  • Identify opportunities to create differentiated data products that expand Suzy’s market position and revenue potential

Discovery & User-Centered Design
  • Lead continuous discovery with internal and external users to identify pain points, unmet needs, and opportunities for innovation

  • Analyze data usage patterns and customer workflows to inform roadmap decisions and product improvements

  • Ensure platform capabilities translate into intuitive, high-value user experiences

Data, AI & Platform Enablement
  • Own the curation, orchestration, and standardization of third-party data alongside customer and primary research data

  • Partner with Engineering and Data Science to build scalable pipelines and models that fuse quantitative and qualitative data into a semantic knowledge network

  • Evaluate, implement, and iterate on LLMs and other AI technologies to enable reliable, scalable AI-powered product capabilities

  • Establish and operationalize data quality, governance, security, and compliance standards across the platform

Commercialization & Partnerships
  • Partner with Commercial teams to define data monetization strategies, packaging, and delivery models

  • Evaluate, select, integrate, and manage third-party data vendors, including performance monitoring and cost optimization

  • Support go-to-market efforts for new data and intelligence products in collaboration with Sales and Marketing

Operational Excellence
  • Monitor platform performance and reliability, ensuring >98% uptime and adherence to SLAs

  • Triage errors, drive incident resolution, and maintain clear support documentation and self-service resources

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth delivery from concept to launch and ongoing optimization

Within this role, success is defined by:

  • Delivery of a hyperscale data and intelligence platform that provides Suzy customers with deep insights in (near) real-time

  • Successful creation and launch of differentiated data products that clearly set Suzy apart from competitors

      • Gartner Magic Quadrant–style proprietary frameworks

      • Crunchbase Growth / Heat Scores

      • Feedly Market Intelligence trend scoring

  • Consistent platform reliability with >98% uptime

  • Measurable increases in platform adoption, customer value, and revenue contribution

Preferred Qualifications
  • Extensive experience leading product across the full PDLC, including discovery, validation, planning, development, launch, and iteration

  • Deep expertise in data systems, analytics, data science, and generative AI

  • Experience leading a cross-functional product pod of engineers, data analysts, and data scientists

  • Proven track record building enterprise-scale, secure, high-performance data platforms using both quantitative and qualitative data

  • Hands-on experience with data analysis, including writing SQL queries

  • Hands-on experience with data science and machine learning, including models for:

    • Classification

    • Prediction

    • Anomaly detection

    • Recommendations

    • Natural language processing

  • Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including executives, sales, and marketing teams

  • Experience launching or monetizing data products

  • Experience working in B2B SaaS or enterprise data platforms
