The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Technical Product Manager to accelerate innovation on top of our data platforms — building extensions, tools, and intelligent workflows that expand our data platform’s capabilities, improve insights, and drive action at scale across the company.

As part of the Platform Product team, you’ll work at the intersection of platform and applied data, with an AI-first approach — turning business challenges into seamless, high-impact internal products. You’ll collaborate with engineering, design, and business partners to implement our vision with precision and creativity.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and scale applications that augment Adobe Experience Platform’s native capabilities, improving usability, flexibility, and integration for internal teams.
  • Lead development of smart data onboarding workflows and schema validation tools, that assist with workflows such as data discovery, data onboarding, data issue resolution, and campaign setup across key AEP tools i.e., RTCDP, AJO, and CJA or equivalent experience.
  • Drive development of contextual knowledge bases out of structured, semi-structured and unstructured data for LLM agents
  • Collaborate with solution engineers, technical growth marketers, and business partners to identify friction points, ideate solutions, author clear product requirement documents (PRDs), drive execution with engineering and design.
  • Prototype ideas to visualize concepts (UI / Wireframe) using vibe coding and validate user feedback before full-scale build.
  • Define and track success metrics (e.g., onboarding speed, data adoption rate, schema coverage, experiment cycle time).
  • Evangelize the platform extensions internally, building awareness, adoption, and alignment across multiple teams.

What You Bring

  • 5–8 years of product management experience in data platforms, internal tooling, or AI applications.
  • Solid understanding of data pipelines, schemas, APIs, and workflow orchestration.
  • Strong experience in building knowledge databases for LLM agents.
  • Proven ability to translate technical complexity into user-centric product experiences.
  • Hands-on comfort with data analysis (SQL or equivalent) and performance metrics.
  • Excellent storytelling, communication, and product evangelization skills — can inspire adoption and drive cross-team collaboration.
  • Experience building lightweight prototypes (e.g., using Figma, Loveable, Cursor) to demonstrate ideas.
  • Bonus: Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) or similar customer data platforms; familiarity with AI/LLM-based systems.

  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
