About the role...

As the Senior Product Manager, Demand Growth at Bounce, you will own two critical pods within the Demand cluster:

  • Acquisition Pod — driving how users discover Bounce across SEO, AI discovery, paid marketing, and partnerships.

  • Conversion Pod (CRO) — optimizing the end-to-end booking funnel to maximize conversion, revenue, and user intent capture.

Your mission is simple: grow demand efficiently by improving both traffic quality and conversion performance.

You’ll translate Bounce’s growth strategy into data-driven product bets, partnering closely with engineering, design, data, SEO, and performance marketing. From landing page architecture and geospatial discovery experiences to checkout flows and experimentation frameworks, you’ll lead initiatives that directly drive GMV growth.

This is a high-impact role for a product leader who thrives at the intersection of growth, experimentation, and user behavior — someone equally excited about acquisition strategy and deep funnel optimization.

Where you come in…
  • Own and scale the Demand product surface, balancing investments between acquisition and conversion to maximize GMV impact.

  • Lead the Acquisition Pod, improving discovery through SEO, AI/search experiences, paid traffic landing pages, and strategic partnerships.

  • Lead the Conversion Pod, driving CRO initiatives across web and mobile — from landing pages to checkout — using experimentation and behavioral insights.

  • Translate Bounce’s growth strategy into tactical, data-informed product initiatives that improve acquisition efficiency, activation, and booking conversion.

  • Partner closely with SEO, performance marketing, and demand partnerships to build scalable landing page infrastructure, geo-targeted funnels, and localized experiences aligned with city-specific GTM plans.

  • Define and execute experimentation roadmaps, including A/B tests and multivariate experiments, to continuously improve funnel performance.

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science to ship fast, iterate often, and validate hypotheses against measurable outcomes.

  • Develop a deep understanding of how travelers discover Bounce, what drives booking intent, and where friction exists in the funnel.

  • Use quantitative analysis and direct user research to uncover insights and turn them into clear product strategy and roadmap decisions.

  • Explore and improve geospatial and location-aware experiences, especially around transit hubs and high-intent search behavior.

Your profile…
  • You’ve worked as a Product Manager in a growth-focused role, owning both acquisition and conversion outcomes.

  • You have strong hands-on experience with CRO, experimentation frameworks, and A/B testing — and know how to design experiments that produce clear decisions.

  • You understand SEO fundamentals, search intent, and discovery mechanics, and have partnered with SEO/content or engineering teams to build scalable acquisition surfaces.

  • You’re comfortable owning full-funnel metrics — from traffic and activation to conversion and GMV.

  • You’re highly data-literate: able to run your own analysis, interpret results, and turn insights into product direction.

  • Experience with maps-based or location-centric UX is a strong plus, especially in travel, local services, or marketplace environments.

  • You’re structured, pragmatic, and outcome-driven — comfortable operating autonomously while collaborating deeply across functions.

  • You’re excited to shape how millions of travelers discover and book Bounce, and to build demand systems that scale globally.
