We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager, Enterprise to own our portfolio of billing related products. This role will report to the SVP of Product. The Senior Product Manager, Enterprise will lead the strategy and execution of a team that is responsible for providing an outstanding experience for our members while improving the financial performance of our billing processes. The Enterprise team owns core workflows for insurance eligibility, claims, billing, and payer integrations - work that directly determines whether patients understand their coverage and whether Brightside gets paid. You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, RCM Operations, and Clinical Operations to turn ambiguous, regulated problems into durable solutions. 


What you’ll be doing as the Senior Product Manager, Enterprise:

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for a cross functional team within our product suite.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and iterate on product initiatives to improve KPIs.
  • Conduct research and evaluate data to develop insights and identify product opportunities.
  • Partner with the data team to evaluate and size potential investments and leveraging data to measure impact of product initiatives.
  • Write clear and effective product specifications.
  • Collaborate with design to produce user friendly designs.
  • Work with engineering to plan, deliver, and test software consistent with specifications.
  • Communicate and evangelize the value of new features to cross functional stakeholders.
  • Act as liaison and collaborate with Billing, Finance, Operations, Growth, Clinicians, and HR.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years in Product Management with B2B SaaS products.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders from our Billing team to drive our roadmap and features - including leveraging data and feedback from subject matter experts to improve our financial performance.
  • Ability to flex between defining product strategy and dive into the details to enable effective execution.
  • You have a passion about building an innovative new approach to help more people with depression and anxiety to flex between defining product strategy and dive into the details to enable effective execution.
  • Must be a clear communicator and a thoughtful, empathetic collaborator.
  • Ability to write effective and concise product specifications.
  • Experience working closely with designers and engineers to produce great work.
  • Data driven, but also know when to trust your instinct.
  • Ability to thrive in a flexible startup environment with significant autonomy.
